The founder is moving on to launch his next venture and wants to hand the business to the right CEO. This isn’t a turnaround or a rescue. It’s a chance to take a proven product and scale it.
They’re looking for a hands-on technically minded CEO to lead the business and go on the journey.

What you’ll do:
- Own the company vision, strategy and commercial growth
- Set the technical direction for the platform across payroll, banking and payments
- Lead and grow the product and engineering team through the next phase and beyond
Who they’re looking for:
- A former Co Founder & CTO or technical CEO who has built and scaled a startup
- Startup or early-stage leadership experience, ideally within fintech
- Strong product and commercial instincts, with the technical depth to lead a platform business
- Deep systems knowledge, with the judgement to make decisions that scale
