Three. Bootstrap to Series C, our core, with Permanent, Contract to Hire and Project-Based Delivery (T&M). No. We do not place whoever happens to be free. For each programme we headhunt the specialists it needs.

How is FinEx different from a generalist recruitment agency?

We only work in Software, Data & AI, and we only send assessed shortlists: a small number of candidates who have been spoken to, qualified and assessed against your brief. Our founder still oversees core engagements, so you work with the person accountable for delivery.

What is the FinEx hiring process?

Five steps: a brief call to understand the role, team and what success looks like; search and network; a profile call to walk through who we found and why; interviews with structured feedback after every round; and offer management through to day one.

Does FinEx run executive search?

Yes. Our relationships are built through delivery, which makes us a trusted partner at Founder, C-Suite and Board level for senior technology leaders across Software, Data & AI. See Executive Search.
